Review of Homework Policy
The homework policy was discussed along with staff input sent to Mr. Franke regarding classroom homework assignments. Council discussed the following guidelines but did not take action at this time:
K-2 fifteen to thirty minutes
3-5 thirty to forty-five minutes
6-8 forty-five to ninety minutes

Comments from the Audience
Mr. Palm updated council on the tentative allocations reflecting $170,000 in cuts. Mr. Palm also announced the utility tax did not receive any signatures for a referendum and can now go into effect.
Ms. Boyers updated council on the Read Across America Day March 3rd.
