HR Technology Platform includes:   online benefits enrollment system with full reporting suite; year round employee & HR level access; Task creations and management by HR users; full onboarding capabilities for new hires including substitute employees; and electronic document storage and access for contracts, handbooks, W4s, I9s, direct deposit forms, etc.

Order #6861 - Motion Passed:  Consider approval of the adoption of McConnell Insurance as the Section 125 Provider for all district employees effective June 1, 2023 as a savings to the employees, and allowing for the use of the HR2U Technology Platform, Employee Navigator, at a rate of $1.50 per month for each employee (Technology Platform will be paid by the board.) (Employees with current American Fidelity policies other than disability will be able to continue their coverage with American Fidelity.) passed with a motion by Mr. William Asbridge and a second by Mr. Tim Grau.
