Motion Passed:  Ms. Crager made a motion to go into closed session under KRS 160.345 passed with a motion by Mrs. Lynda Downs and a second by Mrs. Lindsay Smith and the consensus of the council.

Actions Taken

Motion Passed:  Ms. Crager made a motion to come out of closed session to hire Chelsea Potter as Title One Instructional Assistant and requested approval to adjourn the meeting with the next regular SBDM meeting for August 10, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. passed with a motion by Mrs. Lindsay Smith and a second by Amanda Lewis and the consensus of the council.
