VI.8. Approve additional .5 hours for two instructional assistants to help with special needs pick-up in the afternoon. (Cost = additional 5 hours per week as long as needed.)
VI.9. Approve the Innovative Approaches to Literacy grant in the amount of $450,000 from the United States Department of Education
VI.10. Approve award of $138,243 from the Kentucky Department of Education for the Preschool Partnership grant
VI.11. Approve option for property on 110 Acton Street.
VI.12. Approve purchase of staff performance incentives in reference to “District of Distinction”.
VI.13. Approve a stipend $3,000 per trimester for the remainder of 2016-17 school year for the purpose district ELL accommodations and instruction. Position to be located at Corbin High School.
VI.14. Approve hiring an overload HS math instructor for one period a day to facilitate dual credit Algebra 1and Algebra II.
VI.15. Review and approve 2015-2016 Audit Report
VI.16. Approve 2015-2016 Annual Financial Report to reflect adjustments from the 2015-2016 Audit Report
VI.17. Approve unpaid leave for Andrea Robinson beginning Oct. 24, 2016 to Nov. 4, 2016 (10 days) to add on to her current FMLA leave.
VI.18. Approve change order for the Corbin Middle School Roadway Entrance project, pending Kentucky Department of Education approval, as follows:

VI.19. Approve award of $15,000 from the Kentucky Department of Education for the Industry Certifications grant
VI.20. Approve sub- award of $37,838 with Eastern Kentucky University for the CAPT (Intermediate and Middle School Clinical Apprenticeship) grant for 2016-2017
