Motion Passed:  At 3:06PM a motion to call the meeting to order with special guests Brian Tackett, Bart Mills, Jenny Bates, Amanda McCall, and Hannah McCoy passed with a motion by Mrs. Makayla Suman and a second by Chelsea Dillon and the consensus of the council.

Motion Passed:  Approval of the meeting agenda passed with a motion by Whitli Pridemore and a second by Tiffany Wire and the consensus of the council.

Motion Passed:  Approval of minutes from 8/7/26 meeting passed with a motion by Tiffany Wire and a second by Chelsea Dillon and the consensus of the council.

Motion Passed:  Approval to adjourn the meeting at 3:34PM passed with a motion by Tiffany Wire and a second by Ms. Marandy Rowe and the consensus of the council.

Motion Passed:  Review & discussion of "Off-Campus Emergency Information Guideline Policy". A motion to accept the first reading of the policy passed with a motion by Tiffany Wire and a second by Chelsea Dillon and the consensus of the council.

Motion Passed:  Review & discussion of "Portable Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Use Policy". A motion to accept this policy as written is passed with a motion by Chelsea Dillon and a second by Mrs. Makayla Suman and the consensus of the council.

Enter into Closed Session per KRS 61.810(1)(f) to discuss applications and interview for the open position of Elementary Teacher

Motion Passed:  At 3:29PM the council entered into closed session per KRS 61.810(l)(f) passed with a motion by Tiffany Wire and a second by Whitli Pridemore and the consensus of the council.

Motion Passed:  At 3:33PM the council came out of closed session per KRS 61.810(l)(f) with the consensus to possibly hire an applicant upon interview, passed with a motion by Chelsea Dillon and a second by Mrs. Makayla Suman and the consensus of the council.
