Pam Ryan stated that 8th grade night for junior high boys basketball is this Thursday night. She also asked if junior high dance had been approved. Mr. Blackburn stated that the date is Feb. 19th and they are currently awaiting guidance from the Pike County health department on what protocols would have to be followed.

1st Reading of Amendment to AP Credit Policy
Mrs. Adams discussed the changes that were decided by the AP Teachers Adhoc committee. Students will not be allowed to exempt 1st semester exams in AP classes.

1st Reading of Amendment of Dance and Court Policy
Changes discussed were to add prior year spring sports to varsity court.
IV.c.
Discuss Absence Policy and Makeup Work Policy
After discussing with council it was decided that Mr. Blackburn would send an email to teachers with expectations for correspondence and assignments while on quarantine with a positive case or on quarantine from exposure. We will revisit this at a later date to see if changes are needed.
