Motion Passed:  Motion to approve the creation of the Panthers United Club passed with a motion by Mr. Brandon Blackburn and a second by Mr. Tyler Branham and the consensus of the council.

IV.b. December Semester Exam Schedule

Motion Passed:  Motion to approve the December Semester Exam Schedule as presented passed with a motion by Mr. Brandon Blackburn and a second by Mr. Tyler Branham and the consensus of the council.

IV.c. Charge Learning Environment Committee with reviewing Grab and Go Breakfast and loss of Instructional Time

No motion made. SBDM Council will reevaluate the program again at the end of the semester.

Mr. Thomas shared the ratings  from improvement rubric given by committee. 

IV.e. Possible Open House 2nd Semester
Discussion

Council discussed possibility of 2nd Open House during the 2nd semester. Mr. Thomas will discuss this option with teachers and report back to council.

Mr. Thomas shared the Hambley Athletic Complex Renovation plans. 

V.c. Principal's Report
Discussion

Mr. Thomas shared Dr. Bersalgia McDonald's Teacher of the Year;Floyd County Central visit; 1st task of Writing plan completed; students will be taking PreACT Wednesday; Sampling Center are setting up at lunch; Junior High Dance; Winter Band Concert Dec. 7th; Football playoffs against Hazard Friday; 4 All State Chorus members; students will be traveling to KYA Thursday; Book Fair was a success.
