- Front entrance in now open

- Progress on Phase II of renovations with sports facilities is on pace to be completed on schedule by February 15th

- We are expanding our greenhouse and adding a small greenhouse beside the exitising

- I am looking to surplus the modular unit located beside the greenhouse and using funds to add a store front onto the greenhouses

-  We are purchasing an embroidery machine, vinyl printing machine, laser metal engraver, wood burning laser, and 3D printer for our business department

- We have hired Chris Woolums to work with our business classes and students to get all existing and new equipment up and running

-  We have created an athletic Fall of Fame committee and the first inductees will be recognized on January 30th during the boys and girls double header

We are currently taking the mid-year Star assessment.  We will use this data to analyze student growth and guide decision making

We will review Star data at the next meeting

2nd semester will end on January 23rd and report cards will be sent home the following week

We will look to approve the 26-27 school schedule at a future meeting changing to 7 classes a day

- Phase 3 of the CSIP plan is complete and we are currently working on phase 4 which is PD for the next school year.
