Motion Passed: Approve minutes from the February 8, 2024 Meeting passed with a motion by Nick Whobrey and a second by Thea Long and the consensus of the council.

Diploma Types/Update Graduation Honors policy.
Motion Passed: Approve recommended revision to Graduation Honors policy. For Summa Cum Laude, the diploma type will be "college". Magna Cum Laude the diploma type will be "college". For Cum Laude the diploma type will be "career".
All honors graduates must have met the state's benchmark on the ACT in English, Math, and Reading and be designated as college ready by the state of Kentucky.
The word college is outdated and needs to be changed to postsecondary. passed with a motion by Thea Long and a second by Chansler Gilbert and the consensus of the council.

Move to Closed Session per KRS 61.810(1)(f) discussion which might lead to the appointment of an individual employee(s)
