Attendance
There has been some sickness going around that has contributed to some low attendance days. On a positive note, we have had 6 classes build a bobcat (5 days of perfect attendance). At this time there are 180 students still eligible for the zoo trip.

2025-2026 SBDM Teacher Elections
The council decided Margaret Henson will be in charge of the SBDM teacher election. Certified personnel will meet after school on April 16th for discussion of the process and to accept nominations.

2025-2026 SBDM Parent Elections- PTO
PTO will be in charge of parent elections. The council will discuss the parent elections being completed by the third week of May.

Budget/Finance

SBDM Funds
The council discussed SBDM funds. Copier rental will take the majority of what is left in these funds.

District Activity Funds
District activity funds were discussed. The discussed using funds for student activities during the final week of the school year- bouncy houses. cotton candy, field day games, water slides, etc.

Title I Funds
Title I funds were discussed and needs addressed.

Faculty Funds
Faculty funds has approximately 325.00 at this time.

2025-2026 SBDM Budget
The council reviewed and accepted the new budget.

The council reviewed the new staffing allocations.

Curriculum/Academics
7.1.
Bobcat Parent Academy
The next date for Bobcat Academy will be during the next literacy night.

On-demand scrimmage
District wide on-demand scrimmage will be the week of April 16-18
7.3.
MAP Testing first and Second Grade
Map testing started today and will continue through the end of the week.

The CSIP was reviewed. The council discussed the PD plan and reviewed progress to this point.
