Meeting Called to Order
Meeting was called to order by Mr. Hall at 2:00 PM. Brandon Smith was absent for Cheerleading interviews.

Approval of Agenda
Motion Passed: Approval of agenda passed with a motion by Mr. Matthew Hudson and a second by Ms. Deidra Chapman and the consensus of the council.
With changes: 3. to discuss personnel matters related to the hiring of cheer coach and guidance counselor. 4. Resume open session. 5. Adjourn meeting.

Per KRS 61.80 (f) Consider approval of entering into closed session to discuss personnel matters related to the hiring of a cheerleading coach and an guidance counselor
Motion Passed: passed with a motion by Mr. Matthew Hudson and a second by Ms. Deidra Chapman and the consensus of the council.
Motion to resume open session made by Deana Spencer and seconded by Brandon Smith.
