CHS and CES have completed KPREP testing! CHS will still have to administer some AP exams. CMS began testing today.

Our DFP has been sent to KDE for approval.

Mr. Petett and I attended a forum in Hart County in regards to Senate Bill 1.

I attended the year end Chamber meeting. Although Mr. Hardy did not win we are very proud of him.

I attended the National Day of Prayer ceremony a couple weeks ago at CU.

I would like to brag on Ms. Cyndi Chadwick, Ms. Jessica Floyd and our choir students on a wonderful musical performance last weekend.

The Top 10% banquet was very nice as usual, thanks to Ms. Dicken for her message.

Had a really nice turnout for Coach Tim Davis’s retirement celebration.

Construction at iEagle is almost complete. Letters to notify students of their acceptance or not were mailed home last Friday.

Happy to announce that we did in fact get the New Skills for Youth grant!!!

Our CU Excellence in Teaching award recipients this year are: CES- Ms. Kaye Agathen, CMS- Ms. Katie Wilkerson, and CHS- Mr. Tyler Hardy.

Mr. Tyler Hardy was our representative for the Chamber of Commerce Educator of the year and he was recognized on April 30th at the Chamber meeting.

Important Dates to remember:

Graduation – Saturday May 25th at 11:00 am

Baccalaureate - Sunday May 19th 1:30

8th grade celebration - Sunday May 19th 3:30 pm

Class night - Tuesday May 21st 6:00
