Student Academic Success
3.1.
Phase II: Continuous School Improvement Plan for the 2020-2021 school year is due November 1, 2020.
Chairperson updated council on progress of the second phase of the school improvement planning process. Chairperson also shared all timelines and discussed the role the council played in the process.

CSIP Goals
3.2.1.
Proficiency, Growth, Achievement GAP, Separate Academic Indicator
Chairperson shared the current goals and discusses the different ways the school is addressing each of these goals.
4.
Consider Budget
4.1.
SBDM
Chairperson shared the SBDM budget with updated expenditures and asked if the council wanted to re-allocate any funds to different categories. No changes were made to the budget at this time.
4.2.
School Activity Funds
Chairperson shared all activity fund budgets with the council.
4.3.
Title I Budget
Motion Passed: Title I budget approval of budget passed with a motion by Melissa Smith and a second by Mary Stamper.

Chairperson shared the Title I budget with the council and discussed any additional money that had been spent. There were no major expenditures this month.

On-Going Learning
5.1.
Minority Membership on SBDM Council
Chairperson shared the guidelines for minority members need to be on the council.
5.2.
Veteran's Day on November 11, 2020 (One instructional period)
Chairperson discussed with the council the guidelines around Veteran's Day activities in the school. Each students should have at least one instructional class around Veteran's Day activities.
