Motion Passed:  Adoption of agenda passed with a motion by Mary Stamper and a second by Rhonda Cole.

Motion Passed:  Approval to enter closed session to discuss personnel for the Kindergarten position at Highland Turner passed with a motion by Karen McIntosh and a second by Melissa Smith.

Subsidiary Motion Passed:  Approval of exiting closed session after discussing personnel in the Kindergarten position passed with a motion by Rhonda Cole and a second by Mary Stamper passed with a motion by Rhonda Cole and a second by Mary Stamper.

Entered closed session per KRS 61.80 (f) Consider approval of entering into closed session to discuss personnel matters relating to the hiring of individuals for the Pre-K teaching position at 3:48 PM.  

Exited closed session at 4:20 PM.
