Motion Passed:  Mr. Shane Humphrey, principal, called the meeting to order at 4:53 p.m. In attendance were Shane Humphrey, Chelly Stamps, Emily Williams, Stacy Coffey, Jennifer Brown and Kaley Foster, secretary. passed with a motion by Shane Humphrey and the consensus of the council.

Motion Passed:  Chelly Stamps made a motion to go into closed session at 5:18 PM, Stacy Coffey seconded; with consensus the council went into closed session. Chelly Stamps made a motion to come out of closed session at 5:49 PM, Jennifer Brown seconded; with consensus the council returned to open meeting. passed with a motion by Chelly Stamps and a second by Stacy Coffey.

Motion Passed:  With no other discussion, Chelly Stamps made a motion to adjourn which was seconded by Stacy Coffey; with consensus from the council the meeting adjourned at 5:57 p.m. passed with a motion by Chelly Stamps and a second by Stacy Coffey.
