Motion Passed:  Mr. Shane Humphrey, principal, called the meeting to order at 4:53 p.m. In attendance were Shane Humphrey, Paul Spears, Chelly Stamps, Jennifer Brown, Stacy Coffey and Secretary Kaley Foster. Emily Williams Absent. passed with a motion by Shane Humphrey and the consensus of the council.

Motion Passed:  Approval of Agenda passed with a motion by Stacy Coffey and a second by Jennifer Brown.

Motion Passed:  Approval of minutes of the previous meeting passed with a motion by Paul Spears and a second by Chelly Stamps.

Motion Passed:  Mr. Humphrey discussed the policy updates with the council. Chelly Stamps made a motion to adopt the changes to policies. Stacy Coffey seconded; with consensus the policies were updated. passed with a motion by Chelly Stamps and a second by Stacy Coffey.

Motion Passed:  Mr. Humphrey presented the “Event Specific Emergency Action Plan (EAP) Non Athletic” to the committee for approval. Stacy Coffey made a motion to approve the “Event Specific Emergency Action Plan (EAP) Non Athletic”. Chelly Stamps seconded the motion; with consensus the “Event Specific Emergency Action Plan (EAP) Non Athletic was approved”. passed with a motion by Stacy Coffey and a second by Chelly Stamps.

Motion Passed:  With no other discussion, Chelly Stamps made a motion to adjourn which was seconded by Paul Spears; with consensus from the council meeting adjourned at 5:42 p.m. passed with a motion by Chelly Stamps and a second by Paul Spears.
