4.C.2. Use of Butler lawn, gymnasium, auditorium, and all parking lots by the Caldwell County School Alumni Association on September 7, 2024 from 7:00 am until 2:00 pm to hold the 2024 Annual Reunion and Business Meeting
4.C.3. Use of Butler Lawn and the outside basketball court by Christ Tabernacle on Saturday, March 30, 2024 to hold a community Easter Egg Hunt with games and other activities from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm
4.C.4. Use of Butler Lawn and Gymnasium by the CCPS and CCES PTO on April 19th and 20th from 4:00 PM on Friday, April 19th from 4:00 PM until Saturday, April 20th at 5:00 PM to hold Spring Carnival
4.C.5. Use of the Butler Gym by the High School Wrestling team to hold a Youth Wrestling Camp two days a week throughout the month of March (5th, 8th, 12th, 14th, 18th, and 21st) from 4:00 pm until 5:30 pm
4.C.6. Use of Caldwell County Middle School gym by the High School Wrestling Team to hold a Youth Wrestling Tournament all day on Saturday, March 23, 2024
4.D. Out Of State Trips
4.D.1. Twelve members of the CCHS Winterguard team and two chaperones to travel to Mt. Juliet, TN for a Winterguard Competition departing on February 2, 2024 at 7:00 am and returning on February 2, 2024 at approximately 11:00 pm
4.D.2. Twelve CCHS Winterguard members and two chaperones to travel to Murfreesboro, TN departing at 6:00 am and returning at 11:00 pm on March 16, 2024 to attend a Winterguard Competition
4.E. Overnight Trips
4.E.1. Ten CCHS Band students and two chaperones to travel to Murray State University departing at 1:00 pm on Thursday, February 22, 2024 and returning at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 24, 2024 to allow for students to perform in the MSU Quad State Honor Band Festival
4.E.2. Members of the CCHS Track Team (number to be determined) and five chaperones to travel to University of KY in Lexington to attend the State Track and Field Meet departing on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 1:00 pm and retuning on Thursday, May 30, 2024 with the time to be determined
4.F. CCPS and CCES PTO to hold a Spring Carnival fundraiser on Saturday, April 20, 2023

8. INSTRUCTIONAL FOCUS
8.A. Acknowledgement that our District has reviewed the guidance from KKDE and implemented the best practices that meet the needs of Personal Information Reasonable Security. Our technology director has presented an overview for data security awareness to each of our administrators and required the building Principals to share the same information with their staff. While this is an ongoing awareness, it fulfills the requirements set forth in 702 KAR 1:170 School District Data Security and Breach Procedures and our District Policy 01.61 AND District Procedure 1.61 AP 11.
