4.D.2. Fourteen CCHS students and 3 chaperones to travel to Louisville to attend the CTE Showcase where they will be showcasing the Entrepreneurship Program at the State Board Meeting departing on February 24, 2023 at 6:30 am and returning at 8:00 pm

4.E.1. Approximately twelve to sixteen CCMS Beta Club members and four to eight chaperones to travel to Louisville to attend the National Beta Club Convention departing on June 23, 2023 at 8:00 am and returning on June 26,2023 at 5:00 pm
4.E.2. Three CCMS Academic Team members and 2 chaperones to travel to Louisville, KY to attend the state competition departing on March 17, 2023 at 3:30 pm and returning on March 18, 2023 with the time to be determined

8. INSTRUCTIONAL FOCUS
8.A. Acknowledgement that our District has reviewed the guidance from KKDE and implemented the best practices that meet the needs of Personal Information Reasonable Security. Our technology director has presented an overview for data security awareness to each of our administrators and required the building Principals to share the same information with their staff. While this is an ongoing awareness, it fulfills the requirements set forth in 702 KAR 1:170 School District Data Security and Breach Procedures and our District Policy 01.61 AND District Procedure 1.61 AP 11.
