II. Explanation of Emergency Meeting.

IV. Consider approval of amending the 2022-2023 calendar start date for students from August 18 to August 29, 2022.

Order #42 - Motion Passed:  Based upon the recommendation of Superintendent Philip Watts, approval of amending the 2022-2023 calendar start for students from August 18 to August 29, 2022 passed with a motion by Mr. Albert Little and a second by Ms. Anna Morris.

V. Consider approval of hiring Bluegrass Asbestos Abatement in the amount of $26,134.00 for the purpose of flooring/asbestos removal at the Breathitt High School campus.

Order #43 - Motion Passed:  Based upon the recommendation of Superintendent Phillip Watts, approval of hiring Bluegrass Asbestos Abatement in the amount of $26,134.00 for the purpose of flooring/asbestos removal at the Breathitt High School campus passed with a motion by Ms. Anna Morris and a second by Mr. Albert Little.

VI. Consider approval of hiring ServPro for the purpose of cleanup and restoration.

Order #44 - Motion Passed:  Based upon the recommendation of Superintendent Phillip Watts, approval of hiring ServPro for the purpose of cleanup and restoration for the coliseum, for the full scope in the amount of $344.492.12, football den, in the amount of $51,666.50, for a total amount of $396,158.62. If a 25% payment is provided up front, and 50 % of payment when finished then a final payment 30 days after the project has been finished, a 5% discount will be given. passed with a motion by Mr. Albert Little and a second by Ms. Anna Morris.

VII. Consider approval of hiring a FEMA consultant.
