The special meeting of the Breathitt County Board of Education was called to order by Chairperson Ruschelle Hamilton at

Consider approval of the revised Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan.
Order #46 - Motion Passed: Based upon the recommendation of Superintendent Phillip Watts, approval of the revised Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan
passed with a motion by Mr. Albert Little and a second by Mr. John Hollan.

Consider approval of authorizing the superintendent to update the Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan as needed based on recommendations from the local health department.
Order #47 - Motion Passed: Based upon the recommendation of Superintendent Phillip Watts, approval of authorizing the superintendent to update the Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan as needed based on recommendations from the local health department passed with a motion by Ms. Anna Morris and a second by Mr. John Hollan.

Consider approval of authorizing the superintendent to utilize Wild Health and/or other local health care providers as needed for the purposes of COVID vaccinations and testing.
Order #48 - Motion Passed: Based upon recommendation of Superintendent Phillip Watts, approval of authorizing the superintendent to utilize Wild Health and/or other local health care providers as needed for the purposes of COVID vaccinations and testing. passed with a motion by Mr. Albert Little and a second by Ms. Anna Morris.
The board discussed they wanted to use local resources first and then if needed would utilize this services as a back up. According to the brochure they would provide test to our nurses.
