II. Receive and consider approval of the report from April 29, 2021, the local public hearing for the Breathitt County Schools District Facility Plan for submission to KDE to be considered at the June or August 2021 Kentucky Board of Education meeting.

Order #309 - Motion Passed:  Based upon the recommendation of Superintendent Phillip Watts, Receive and consider approval of the report from April 29, 2021, the local public hearing for the Breathitt County Schools District Facility Plan for submission to KDE to be considered at the June or August 2021 Kentucky Board of Education meeting passed with a motion by Ms. Anna Morris and a second by Mr. Albert Little.

Superintendent Phillip Watts discussed that there was 142 request for the supplemental year.  

IV. Consider approval to accept the bid in the amount of $3,884.96 from Thacker and Grigsby Communications to run fiber connections for the new elementary school as well as baseball and softball press boxes.

VI. Consider approval of bid in the amount of $15,868.00 from Spray Foam Technologies of Ky LLC to paint the BHS PE gym.
