The Board may discuss any of the following: agendas for future Board meetings (whether regular, working session, or special meetings), pending, proposed, or enacted legislation by the state or federal government, actions taken or considered by the Kentucky Board of Education or the Kentucky Department of Education, budgets, facilities, programs, student issues, safety issues, pay schedules or benefits for District employees, consideration of positions to be created or abolished, consideration of policies or procedures to be enacted, amended, or rescinded, other issues affecting employees (while recognizing the Board may not act on individual personnel actions taken by the Superintendent), and legal issues including advice of the Board’s attorneys.
