5.1. Superintendent Boblett and Assistant Superintendent Spade will recognize Ponderosa Elementary Archery Team for finishing 25th out of 105 schools in the state tournament. Students who placed are Tate Seasor placed 1st Owen Rogers placed 41st, and Colby Seasor placed 46th. Certificates will be present to all students who participated.
5.2. Superintendent Boblett and Assistant Superintendent Spade will recognize and present Certificates to the All-State and All- District Choir members: Tristan Campbell, Logan Dillon, Laney Fraley, Emilee Bush, Clair Conley, Kathryn McDaniels, Payton Moore and Sawyer Spears.
5.3. Superintendent Boblett and Assistant Superintendent Spade will recognize Cameron Cook, James Townsend, along with teachers Sandra James, Ryan Phillips, for being selected for the "Be The Example" award.
6. Request to Address Board Chair - Per Board Policy 01.421 and KRS 160.270 (Public Comment) Please keep in mind the Board uses the public comment period as an opportunity to listen to citizen concerns and comments. The board will not debate issues or enter into a question-and-answer dialogue. Under Board policy, your comments are limited to 3 minutes, the Superintendent will track the time.

9.1. Review Superintendents recommendation to terminate the contract agreement with Lifetouch, due to material changes in circumstances.
9.2. Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve the Technology Plan for the 2026-2027 school year as presented by Cindy Pontier, District Chief Information Officer; (See Attachment)
9.3. Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve setting the high school graduation for Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. to take place on the Boyd County High School Athletic Field, backup will be BCHS gymnasium as requested by Kelly Fox, Boyd County High Principal;(see attachments)
9.4. Review Superintendent's recommendation to accept the 2026 Kentucky Education Technology System (KETS) 2nd Offer of Assistance from the School Facilities Construction Commission (SFCC) in the amount of Twenty-One Thousand Nine Hundred thirty seven Dollars. ($21,937) and to follow the statues and regulations of the SFCC and the Kentucky Department of Education governing the Education Technology Funding Program; (See Attachments)
9.5. Review the Superintendent's recommendation to approve the first reading of Kentucky School Board Association Policy 04.31 School Purchasing/District Purchasing on specifying the dates that orders and invoices must be approved; (See Statement)
9.6. Review Superintendents recommendation to allow the usage of the BCHS football field to be used for the Complex Needs Students for their annual field day April 29, 2026 and a rain date of April 30, 2026. (See attachments)
9.7. Review Superintendents recommendation to allow the usage of the BCHS football field to be used for the Cannonsburg Elementary Students for their annual field day May 28-29, 2026 (See attachments)
9.8. Approve Superintendent's recommendation to approve the Memorandum of Agreement Terms and Conditions entered into by and between the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Cabinet for Health and Family Services Department for Family Resource Centers and Volunteer Service and Multi-Provider-Family Resource and Youth Services Centers to establish an agreement for administering the Family Resource and Youth Services Centers program within the parameters established in the approved plan and this agreement effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028;(See Attachment)

Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve Memorandum of Understanding between Boyd County Schools and the Boyd County Sheriff's Department to provide Deputy Sheriffs as School Resource Officers at Boyd County High School and additional Deputies at Boyd County Middle, Summit Elementary, Ponderosa Elementary and Cannonsburg Elementary Campus area to include Boyd County Early Childhood Academy and Boyd County Career and Technical Education Center for a period beginning January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026; (See Attachment)

Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Boyd County School District and Pathways, Inc. for the purpose of providing needed school-based behavioral health services as needed/requested to students for the period beginning July 1, 2026 and terminating June 30, 2027; (See Attachment)
9.12. Approve Request from Dara'Su Williams, Special Education Director, to approve the contract addendum for Carl McKaig MS CCC_SLP to provide speech and language therapy services until the end of this school year, previous contract went through the last day of school before the calendar was updated due to the weather. 10.8. Consider a fundraiser request for BCMS Cheer to sell tote bags, hanging baskets/flowers, and to host several car washes. All money received will help with uniforms, competition fees and materials for the squad. (See attachments)
10.9. Consider a fundraiser request for BCMS TSA Club to host a food truck and sell stickers for a pie event. All money received will benefit the TSA Club. (See attachments)
10.10. Consider a fundraisers request for BCMS 7th and 8th grade to accept donations for dissecting materials , items for Goodwill, also 8th grade to sell shamrock grams and concessions. Money raised will go towards these grades.
10.11. Consider a fundraiser request for Catlettsburg Elementary to sell tickets for a Fall Festival and possibly concessions. All money will support Catlettsburg Students.
10.12. Consider Superintendents recommendation to allow FRC West/East to coordinate field trips for students to attend the Dollars and Sense Reality Store at Boyd County Fair Grounds. And the 5th grade transition to the Boyd County Middle School.
10.13. Consider approving the booking agreement for Olympus Car and Coach Charter Bus for STLP State Competition at Rupp Arena on April 24, 2026, We will have one bus possibly two buses.
10.14. Consider a fundraiser request for Catlettsburg Elementary Track Team to sell Shirts, hoodies, cinch bags, beanies, all money will go to track team.
10.15. Consider a fundraiser request for Catlettsburg Elementary to have a Scholastic Bookfair on April 28-May 1, 2026.
