4.2.
Approve Superintendents recommendation to designate Tiffany Brooks as District Treasurer for the 2025-2026 calendar year;
4.3.
Approve Finance Corporation filing fee of $15.00

Adjourn the Boyd County Schools District Finance Corporation meeting;
