9.1. Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve the contract agreement with School Transportation Systems as presented at the April meeting.
9.2. Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve a Trip Request from Boyd County Middle School teachers, for 8th graders to travel by charter buses to Washington D.C. on March 29,30,& 31st 2026; (see attachments)
9.3. Review and approve Superintendent's recommendation to participate in the Division of School and Community Nutrition Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) offered by the USDA's National School Lunch Program and follow all federal regulations for the program; (See Attachments)
9.4. Review the Superintendent's recommendation to approve the second reading of Kentucky School Board Association Policy 09.12 to remove out of state tuition for non-resident students who are the children of district employees; (See Statement)

Review Superintendents recommendation to approve a trip request from Letitia Rudie, Media Specialist at Summit Elementary for the school 5th grade STLP students to travel by air to San Antonio, Texas from June 29, 2025 to July 3, 2025 for an ISTE student presentation / STLP Champs. 9.8. Review and approve Superintendent Boblett's recommendation to approve the Infinite Campus End User License Agreement for the 2025/2026 school year. (See Attachment)
9.9. Review Superintendents recommendation to allow Courtney Bartley Director of Boyd County Career and Technical Center to surplus 6 stick welders, air compressor, pedestal grinder, car frame, 4 hospital beds, and 3 bedside nightstands. (See attachments)
9.10. Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve Tentative Budget for year 2025-2026 as presented by Larry Barber, District Finance Officer; (See Attachments)
9.11. Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve the District Bid Vendor List for 2025-2026;
9.12. Review the Independent Auditor's Contract to provide a school district audit in compliance with KRS 156.255, 156.265, 156.275, 156.285, 156.295, and 156.480. This agreement is entered into between the Boyd County Board of Education (BOARD), and Kelley, Galloway, Smith, Goolsby, PSC, (ACCOUNTANT), who is a Certified Public Accountant or a Public Accountant registered with the Kentucky State Board of Accountancy. The term of this agreement shall be from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, unless terminated under the provisions hereof, being in the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000); (See Attachments)
9.13. Review request from Stephanie Lyons, Boyd County Early Childhood Academy Director, request to reduce the contract from 190 days to 185 days for the family advocates Staci Green, Johnna Culver, Lori Jacobs, and Melissa Sparks, so they do not have to do the VSIY days.
9.14. Review and approve request from Bob Higginbotham, Maintenance Director, to accept and award the garbage collection service bid to Hart Sanitation, Inc. for the 2025-2026 school year; (See Attachments)
9.15. Review request from Bob Higginbotham, Maintenance Director, to surplus a John Deer Reel mower this piece of equipment has not been used for several years and would cost more to repair than its worth; (See Attachment)
