This agreement is entered into between the Boyd County Board of Education (BOARD), and Kelley, Galloway, Smith, Goolsby, PSC, (ACCOUNTANT), who is a Certified Public Accountant or a Public Accountant registered with the Kentucky State Board of Accountancy. The term of this agreement shall be from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, unless terminated under the provisions hereof, being in the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000); (See Attachments)

Review request from Stephanie Lyons, Boyd County Early Childhood Academy Director, request to reduce the contract from 190 days to 185 days for the family advocates Staci Green, Johnna Culver, Lori Jacobs, and Melissa Sparks, so they do not have to do the VSIY days.
