9.1. Review amendment of the contract for William L. Boblett, Jr. Superintendent, dated July 1, 2022 in order to adjust compensation and benefits at no additional cost to the Board by execution of Amendment to Contractual Agreement for William L. Boblett, Jr., Superintendent, by Board Chair, Linda Day, to be effective February 21, 2024 as presented and authorize execution of said Amendment by the Board Chair; (See Attachment)
9.2. Review request from Cindy Pontier, District Chief Information Officer, to award the bid for FY24 CAT 2 to HPE(Aruba)/RTI to provide network equipment replacements/upgrades at Cannonsburg, Catlettsburg, Summit, Ponderosa, Boyd County Central, BCMS, and BCHS. Review approval of Family Resource and Youth Services Centers School District Assurance Certification for 2024-2026 authorizing the Superintendent to obligate the school district to conduct any ensuing program or activity in accordance with all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations and the program assurances as set forth in the Assurance Certification; (See Attachment)
9.4. Review recommendation from Superintendent Boblett to approve the commissioning fee proposal in the amount of Thirty-Two Thousand Fifty Dollars ($32,050) for the Cannonsburg Elementary Renovations and Additions from Facility Commissioning Group; (See Attachments)
