Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve the Memorandum of Agreement between The Kentucky Community and Technical College System/Ashland Community and Technical College and Kinder College for the purpose of college students enrolled in the Associate Degree Nursing and Practical Nursing Programs to complete a clinical or discipline-specific educational experience under supervision and making the facility available to students upon the conditions set forth in this Agreement commencing July 17, 2023 for an initial term of one (1) year and shall be automatically renewed upon like terms for additional one (1) year periods until terminated;

Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve five (5) COVID sick days for all contracted employees for the 2023-24 school year, retroactive to July 1, 2023. These days may only be used for a positive test result for the employee or their minor dependent child(ren). Employees must complete the COVID Positive Affidavit to request use of the days. Once these days have been eliminated, employees will be required to use their sick or personal leave or take deduct time; (See Attachment)
