9.1. Review Superintendent's recommendation to set the Motor Vehicle and Watercraft tax rate at 54.7 cents per $100 of valuation as of January 1, 2024. This is the same rate we have used for over 20 years; (See Attachment)
9.2. Review Superintendent's recommendation to set Real Estate and Tangible Personal Property tax rates for 2023-2024 at 68.5 cents per $100 of valuation which includes 0.4 cents for prior year exonerations; (See Attachments)
9.3. Review Surplus Bus Sale Bids received per recommendation of Cheryl Caldwell, Transportation Director as follows; Bus 023 in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-One dollars and Fifty-One cents to Duane Sowards; Bus 043 in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-One dollars and Fifty-One cents to Duane Sowards; Bus 053 in the amount of Five Hundred dollars to Jess Shepherd; and Buses 031 and 051 to be donated to East Fork Fire Department and McGuire's Towing; (See Attachment)

Review recommendation from Ben Fritz, Principal of Boyd County High School, to approve an agreement between Kentucky Science and Technology Corporation and Boyd County High School/Boyd County Public Schools to implement AdvanceKentucky's AP Precalculus Program of AdvanceKentucky's College Readiness Program from June 1, 2023 through July 31, 2024; (See Attachments)
