9.23. Review the statutory changes to the Food Service Procurement Plan in accordance with changes set forth in the National Defense Authorization Acts (NDAA) to raise the threshold for the simplified acquisition thresholds; (See Attachments)
9.24. Review Superintendent's recommendation, in accordance with board policy #09.124 and KRS 158.120, to set the 2023-2024 tuition rate for the non-resident, non-contract students (out-of-state only) at $6,000.00 per year to be paid upon enrollment each school year;
