9.1. Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve the revised Board Policy 08.136, Curriculum and Instruction: Summer School, as presented by Kentucky School Boards Association (KSBA). This is the second reading; (See Attachment)
9.2. Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Boyd County School District and Pathways, Inc. for the purpose of providing needed school-based behavioral health services as needed/requested to students for the period beginning July 1, 2023 and terminating June 30, 2024; (See Attachment)
9.3. Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve renewing membership with Kentucky Education Development Corporation (KEDC) for the 2023-2024 school year in the amount of Five Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Dollars ($5,320.); (See Attachments)
9.4. Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve the Contract between Boyd County Health Department and Boyd County Board of Education to administer Hepatitis B Vaccine to approximately one hundred (100) new employees to be effective July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024; (See Attachments)

9.9. Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve the Request from Letitia Rudie, Summit Elementary, for the Summit Elementary Student Technology Leadership Program (STLP) team (5 students and Mrs. Rudie) to attend the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania June 24 through June 27, 2023 to present their project as STLP State Champions traveling by a district vehicle. This trip is funded by the Kentucky Department of Education STLP Grant awarded for being State Champion. These fifth grade students will be staying overnight with their parents;
9.10. Review Request from Lani Thacker, Food Service Director, to surplus a dishwasher located at Cannonsburg Elementary for bid. This dishwasher is in working order; however, a larger capacity dishwasher is needed at Cannonsburg. This dishwasher will be put up on bid for sale;
9.11. Review Superintendent's recommendation to approve Request from Lani Thacker, Food Service Director, to participate in the Division of School and Community Nutrition Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) offered by the USDA's National School Lunch Program and follow all federal regulations for the program; (See Attachments)
9.12. Consider Superintendent's recommendation to approve Tentative Budget for year 2023-2024 as presented by Scott Burchett, District Finance Officer; (See Attachments)
