9.1. Approve Project Application Form, BG-1, for the Boyd County Middle School, Proposed Plan to Finance in the amount of $18,822,852.00 to initiate the renovation process (see attachment);
9.2. Review Letters of Interest received for Professional Architectural Services for the Boyd County Middle School renovation and consider Superintendent's recommendation to accept a firm for these services (see attachments); hardcopies delivered to Board members;
9.3. Approve Superintendent's request to accept Product Purchase Agreement with the Boyd County Fiscal Court to purchase road salt,as needed, for $77.53 per ton FY2015;
9.4. Approve Superintendent's request to approve the Non-Resident Contracts in accordance with board policy#09.125, KRS 157.350 (4), and 704 KAR 7:125 for students to and from the Boyd County District; to and from the following school districts for the 2015-2016 year: Ashland Independent, Carter County, Elliott County, Fairview Independent, Greenup County, Lawrence County, Raceland Independent, and Russell Independent. The Boyd County Board will neither charge tuition nor pay tuition for students to or from these school districts
9.5. Approve Superintendent's request to adopt the Boyd County Schools District Response to Intervention (RTI) Plan;
9.6. Approve Board members request to attend the Kentucky School Boards Association (KSBA) 2014 Winter Symposium scheduled for December 5-6, 2014 at the Marriott Louisville East, Louisville, Kentucky;
