Approve pay application No.2 for the Williamstown Ind. Headstart/Preschool/Multipurpose building to Marrillia Design and Construction in the amount of $94,820.47 as recommended by Mr. John Slone, Superintendent.
8.3.
Approve the 2026-2027 Head Start/Preschool Policy Council bylaws and dispute resolution.
8.4.
Approve the 2026-2027 Governance and Leadership Capacity Screening for Williamstown Head Start/Preschool.
8.5.
Approve the updated continuation MOA with Grant County Schools for shared ELL teacher during the 2026-2027 school year.

Approve the 26-27 MOU between New Horizons Academy, operating under the Kentucky Educational Development Corporation and Williamstown Independent School District.

Approve the Williamstown Independent Board of Education to enter into closed/executive session as pursuant to KRS 61.810 (f) for discussions which might lead to the appointment, discipline, or dismissal of an individual employee, member, or student without restricting that employee's, member's, or student's right to a public hearing if requested.

Motion to come out of executive session and take any necessary action.
