7.8. Approve the financial support from the Board to the Williamstown Choir during their state competition.
8. Adopt Agenda for Business Action (For The Board's Consideration)
8.1. Approve the 2025-2026 Governance and Leadership Capacity Screening for Williamstown Head Start/Preschool.
8.2. Approve non-federal match for Williamstown Head Start/Preschool to include use of the elementary gym, elementary cafeteria, 3 lots for trailers and playgrounds, and donated services/goods provided by WISD. The non-federal match will not result in additional costs to the district.
8.3. Approve the updated organization chart for Head Start
8.4. Approve the first reading of the Williamstown Independent District Wellness policy 09.2.
8.5. Approve the creation of the district calendar committee to include the following representation as required by KRS 158.070: (1) Principal, (1) District Office Administrator other than the Superintendent, (1) Board Member, (2) Parents, (1) Elementary Teacher, (1) Middle School Teacher or High School Teacher, (2) Classified Employees, and (2) Community Members from the local chamber of commerce, business community or tourism commission.
8.6. Approve the following positions as District ARC Chairs: DOSE, Director of Head Start/Preschool, Principals, Assistant Principals, Counselors.
