VIII.C. Approve the financial support from the Board to the Williamstown Band during their state competition.
VIII.D. Approve the amendment of policy application 05.31 AP.21 to add the auditorium to the Facility Schedule with the recommended rate.
VIII.E. Approve the creation of 1 special education instructional assistant to meet student needs. Position to be paid for by General Fund.
VIII.F. Approve the purchase of janitorial equipment as recommended.
VIII.G. Approve the purchase of two storage buildings for additional storage as recommended.
VIII.H. Approve the creation of the district calendar committee to include the following representation as required by KRS 158.070: (1) Principal, (1) District Office Administrator other than the Superintendent, (1) Board Member, (2) Parents, (1) Elementary Teacher, (1) Middle School Teacher, (1) High School Teacher, (2) Classified Employees, and (2) Community Members from the local chamber of commerce, business community or tourism commission.
