Approve the creation of two instructional assistants for Williamstown Elementary School to assist for the 2023-2024 school year to be paid for out of the general fund.

Approve a full-time emergency certification for the Jr. High/Sr. High Health & PE Teacher. Action pursuant to KRS 161.100:KAR 2:120 declaring a certified teacher is not available for said position in the 2023-2024 school year.
