Approve the 1 FTE certified position of District Curriculum Supervisor as recommended by Mr. John Slone, Superintendent.

Approve the creation of 1 FTE certified elementary special education teacher for the remaining 2022 - 2023 school year as recommended by Ms. Traci Albert, Director of Special Education.
VIII.C.
Approve a full - time emergency certification for the Elementary STEAM Teacher. Action pursuant to KRS 161.1000:KAR 2:120 declaring a certified teacher is not available for said position for the 2022 - 2023 school year.
VIII.D.
Approve to establish non - resident tuition rates for out - of - district students at $550 for the first child in the family and $275 for each additional child. Said tuition rates will be effective for the 2023 - 2024 school year.

Approve the schedule for the 2023 Regular School Board Monthly Meeting as required by KRS 61.820 - Second Tuesday of each month @ 6:00 p.m. at the District Central Office/Auditorium, 300 Helton Street, Williamstown, KY 41097. Regular Meeting dates are as follows:

Approve pay application No. 8 in the amount of $488,280.10 for Williamstown Schools - Additions and Alterations (Phase I) as recommended by Mr. John Slone, Superintendent.
