Approval of bid for Bell Elementary School Roof Replacement (BG 23-496)

Order #115 - Motion Passed:  Approval to accept bid from Dixie Roofing, Inc in the amount of $ 1,088,420 for Bell Elementary School Roof Replacement (BG 23-496) passed with a motion by Mr. Larry Muse and a second by Mr. Jarrod Criswell.

Derek Phillips, architect with Deco Architects presented the results of the bid opening for the Bell Elementary School Roof Replacement (BG 23-496) that took place at the Wayne County Board of Education Building at 10:00 a.m. on March 21, 2024.  There were five (5) bids, Mr. Phillips made recommendation to the board to accept lowest bid which was Dixie Roofing, Inc. in the amount of $1,088,420.
