CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Larry Muse, Chairperson. Also present was Gordon Germain, Board Counsel; Tim Eaton, KSBA Consultant; and the Wayne County Schools' Superintendent Screening Committee.

Superintendent Search Process (First Joint Meeting of the Wayne County Board of Education and Screening Committee)
Mr. Tim Eaton, KSBA Consultant, introduced himself and read the roles and responsibilities of the screening committee and discussed in detail the screening committee process. He also read the charge to the committee and asked if anyone had questions. A copy may be found in the Minute Abstract Files # 151.

ADJOURNMENT OF THE WAYNE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION (SCREENING COMMITTEE WILL REMAIN FOR AN EXECUTIVE SESSION PER KRS 61.810(1)(f)
