The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Larry Muse.  Also present was Gordon Germain, Board Counsel.

Order #107 - Motion Passed:  Board Attorney Gordon Germain explained how hiring a Superintendent Search and Selection Service would be beneficial to the Board. Both KASA and KSBA offer this service. Germain guided the discussion regarding the two proposals. Approval to contract with KSBA (Kentucky School Boards Association) for Superintendent Search and Selection Service passed passed with a motion by Mr. Benton Sloan and a second by Mrs. Melissa Upchurch.

Mr. Larry Muse accepted Jarrod Criswell's suggestion to be appointed to the Superintendent Selection Committee.
