Spencer County Board of Education, in accordance with KRS 156.577, Section 4; subsection (d) will be having preliminary discussions relating to the evaluation of the Superintendent by the Board or between the Board and Superintendent prior to the summative evaluation.

Fidelity Bonds
The fidelity bonds for Vicki and I are to be renewed by July 1, 2013. The minimum penal sum amount allowed for our District per KDE is $200,000. Our current insured coverage is for $300,000. We have kept the coverage at $300,000 for the 2013-2014 fiscal year.
