Per KRS 61.810 Section 1, Subsection c, “Discussions of proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of the public agency .” Spencer County Board of Education will entertain a motion to enter into Executive Session to discuss pending litigation against the agency in the form of a due process hearing.
