EXECUTIVE SESSION
Per KRS 61.810 Section 1, Subsections (c,b); “Discussions of proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of the public agency (c); and “Deliberating on the future acquisitions or sale of real property by a public agency, but only when publicity would be likely to affect the value of a specific price of property to be acquired for public use or sold by a public agency;” Spencer County BOE will entertain a motion to enter into Executive Session to discuss proposed litigation on behalf of the public agency in the form of an administrative, due process hearing as well as consider future acquisition of real property for the purpose of a new elementary school considering publicity of considered properties could negatively affect the purchase price.
