WELCOME OF VISITORS TO MEETING
If anyone wishes to address the Board Chair later in the meeting, s/he is asked to complete the blue form titled “Request to Address the Board Chair,” located on the meeting table and return this form to the Board Chair. Also, please note that we have two brochures located at the entrance door. One brochure is focused on Finance, while the other brochure is designed to answer questions you may have regarding the Board of Education.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
A motion to go into executive session KRS 61.810 Section (k); meetings which state law specifically requires to be conducted in private. Spencer County Board of Education, in accordance with KRS 156.557 Section 6 Subsection (c). Any preliminary discussions relating to the evaluation of the Superintendent by the Board or between the board and the superintendent prior to the summative evaluation shall be conducted in closed session.
