WELCOME OF VISITORS TO MEETING If anyone wishes to address the Board Chair later in the meeting, s/he is asked to complete the blue form titled “Request to Address the Board Chair,” located on the meeting table and return this form to the Board Chair. Also, please note that we have two brochures located at the entrance door.
