EXECUTIVE SESSION KRS.61.810 SECTION 1 SUBSECTION (K) KRS 156.557 SECTION 5 SUBSECTION (C) A motion to go into executive session KRS 61.810 Section (k); meetings which federal or state law specifically require to be conducted in privacy. Spencer County Board of Education, in accordance with KRS 156.557 Section 6 Subsection (c). Any preliminary discussions relating to the evaluation of the Superintendent by the Board or between the board and the superintendent prior to the summative evaluation shall be conducted in closed session.
