Mr. Palm read a letter from the Commissioner of Education and presented to Mr. Franke a certificate of a High Progress from the State Board of Education. This recognition recognizes Southgate Public School in the top 10 percent of improvement among similar schools. The Board of Education congratulated the teachers, students and parents of our school on this recognition for their hard work.
