V. GOOD NEWS
V.A. The board will recognize the May 2018 Break the Mold Award Recipient, Ms. Julie Seilhamer, Special Education Para Educator at Collins Elementary School.
V.B. The board will recognize and congratulate Mr. Joe Hamelin, BCCEA President and Bus Driver on his retirement and dedication to our students and staff.
V.C. The board will recognize the 17-18 Student Board Representative, Mr. Bryan Padilla.
V.D. The board will recognize Mr. Bryan Padilla, Student Board Member Representative, for the Education Excellence Student Leadership Award.
V.E. The board will recognize Mr. Bill Hogan, new Director of Innovative Programs and Mr. Gerry Gels, new Principal of Ignite.
V.F. The Business Association will present at check for funding toward the Drug Free Clubs of America in Boone County.
V.G. The board will recognize and congratulate Ms. Beth Kamradt, Teacher at Conner Middle School and Ms. Kim Derksing, teacher at Cooper High School as the 2018 Rotary Teachers of the Year.
V.H. The board will recognize our wonderful School Resource Officers as we celebrate Law Enforcement Appreciation Week.
V.I. The board will recognize the 2018 Golden Apple Award Recipients; Ms. Jennifer Hickey, RA Jones Middle School, Mr. Richard Ingraham, Ockerman Middle School, Ms. Tina Zureick, Yealey Elementary School.
V.J. The board will recognize the Academic All Star Award Winners - Lindsey Goldsberry and Alexandra Grayson.
V.K. The board will recognize Collins Elementary for receiving the Energy Star Certification Awards.
