Attached is the 2024 - 2026 Family Resource and Youth Service Centers District Assurances Certification.
We must sign the attached district assurances document to certify that to the best of our knowledge, the information submitted as documentation for the Family Resource And Youth Service Center Continuation Program Plan is correct and complete. Both the Northern and Southern Family Resource and Youth Service Center Continuation Program plans are attached.
I would recommend approval to sign the 2024-2026 Family Resource and Youth Service Centers School District Assurance Certification.
