Long Term Sub Pay
Attached is an amended version of the substitute teacher salary document included within our salary schedule. This amended document includes the addition of long-term sub pay. It states any substitute teacher employed for the same teacher for 15 or more consecutive school days shall be paid retroactive to the first day. The salary committee has reviewed this document and is supportive of this change.
I will recommend approval of the attached amended version of the substitute teacher salary document including the addition of the long-term sub pay.

2022-23 Comprehensive District Improvement Plan
Please see the attached memo from our Executive Director of Teaching and Learning, Laura Pugh, regarding the Comprehensive District Improvement Plan. The CDIP is required to be completed and sent to the Kentucky Department of Education by January 1 of each school year.
I would recommend approval of the 2022-2023 CDIP as presented.

Establish 2023 BOE Meeting Dates
Attached are the proposed regularly scheduled meeting dates for 2023. Regular meeting dates would continue to be on the third Monday of the month unless this date fell on a holiday. We have attempted to identify any future conflicts that may exist and schedule accordingly.
