Ms. Verna Newton, Bardstown, KY, claimed that the District has ignored her concerns of energy use (individual uses of coffee pots, microwaves and refrigerators)by staff. She commented that she liked the red wood pieces. She stated that the Board was in violation of the KY Open Meetings law. She said that they were to be open meetings.
